Presence is the debut release from the Melbourne based jazz quartet, motion. Recorded at Melbourne’s Newmarket Studios in September 2009, Presence features 8 highly original tracks with guest performances by vocalist Gian Slater and guitarist Brett Thompson.

The Presence CD comes with beautiful photographic artwork by Melbourne based artist, Christian Ghezzi. His shots and text explore the idea of Presence and add a collaborative element to this album.
